PANEL FINISH
the interior surfaces are available with anyone or combination of the following materials:
• Bright galvanized steel of 22, 24 OR 26 SWG (standard);
• Stucco embossed aluminum of 0.042 inch thickness;
• Stainless Steel of 22, 24 OR 26 SWG thickness;
• White high class acrylic baked enamel with epoxy primer;
• Glass fiber re-inforced plastic;
• Galvanized steel with 200 micron PVC Coating (Plastisol)
PANEL INSULATION
In commercial refrigeration, “Polyurethane” is proved as the best insulation in the World.
Our panels are CFC free. The “Polyurethane” is injected by high pressure system which ensures
closed cell density and highest dimensional stability of the product.
LOCKING
Panels are joint by the tongue and groove joints and locked by
cam-locks which are anchored into the rigid polyurethane foam
during the manufacturing of the panels, due to which the panels
are firmly joints into a unified assembly, leaving no chance for
crossing of air and increasing the strength and stability to the structure.

FLOOR INSULATION
P.U. Boards are recommended for any size of cold stores and to
get the best result a vapor proof barrier should be laid down
above and under the P.U. Boards. KWI can also assist to design
underground pipe ventilation to prevent ice formation in cold store.
THICKNESS AND DIMENSION
We have the panels of different thicknesses which are 3, 4, 5
and 6 inches. Density and panel length can also be adjusted accordingly
to the project / customer demand.
ROOM DOORS
Quite large variety of Polyurethane insulated doors (Hinges and Sliding)
are available to suite customer’s requirement with high quality fittings
and other accessories (safety release handles, gaskets, aluminum or
stainless steel railing, etc.) at very low cost.

PRESSURE RELIEF PORT
To maintain inside pressure of the cold store with the outside pressure,
a Pressure Relief Port is provided.
TEMPERATURE RANGE
KOLDWARE cold stores are designed to provide internal temperature
ranging between – 40°C to +10°C or as per the requirement of our client or project demand.

COMPRESSOR
We will provide / install compressors made by COPELAND for all Refrigeration
systems or as per the requirement of our client.
WARRANTY
Koldware offers 20 years warranty for insulated panels and
1 years warranty for cold store.
