Quality Assurance by KOLDWARE is backed by professional personnel in the field of planning, designing, and actual construction of the designed refrigeration system, including panels and the compartments (if required), using quality equipment and accessories to provide our valuable customers with durable product.
Warranty is provided by KOLDWARE to the original purchaser only, directly or through any of its official dealer. The limited warranty covers the following:
• The compressor(s) are covered for a period of 1 Gregorian year from the
   first day of official handing over of the system;
• The operation of the refrigeration system supplied by KOLDWARE has been
   protected against electrical malfunction, e.g. voltage surge etc;
• All other components of the refrigeration system are also covered for a
   period of one Gregorian year from the date of official handling over of the
   system;
• Insulated panels are covered for a period of six years;
• Unauthorized tampering with the refrigeration system supplied by KOLDWARE   shall invalidate the warranty.
